Rates*

Select Early Bird rates if registering on or before March 15th, otherwise select regular rate. If registering more than one person from the same organization, select Group Rate.

Method of Payment*

If paying by credit card, please download and complete the Credit Card by Fax Form by clicking the button on the left. Fax to 713.599.8301. Make all checks payable to Bridgeway Software. Registration cannot be processed without payment. Registration fee is refundable, less a 20% processing fee, with a written cancellation notice by April 12th, 2010.
